Paint Party FAQ

Q - What is a paint party?

A - You invite your friends to your home to paint a wood sign of your own. No experience is required and no freehand painting. You choose the design ahead of time and I will provide you with step-by-step instructions at the party. You will complete your sign at the party and it will be ready to hang when you leave. You will be proud to hang it in your home or give it as a gift.

Q - Do I need to pick paint colors ahead of time?

A - No. I will have a variety of colors at the party and you can choose your colors then.

Q - How far ahead of time do I need to pre-order?

A - All designs need to be chosen and paid for at least one week prior to the party

Q - Why do I have to pre-order?

A - Your stencil will be made to order. I must have enough time to prepare the stencil and the wood for the everyone attending the party before you arrive. This is very important to make sure the party is a success.

Q - How do I pay for my sign?

A - You pay on my website when you pre-order your selection. Once you pay for your sign, the stencil will be cut.

Q - What if I reserved but am unable to attend the party? Can I get a refund?

A - Unfortunately, there are no refunds. I will make arrangements to make your sign for you and you can pick it up, or you can register for another party time.

Q - What should I wear?

A - I will provide an apron for everyone, but since we will be using paint and you could get it on you, you may want to dress appropriately.

Q - How long will the party last?

A - The average time for a party is around 2 hours.
