The wood heart measures 3 inches tall and 3 inches wide and is 1/8 inch thick. It is painted red or pink. It comes with two natural beads. Beads are unfinished. They have twine that is open at top for tying on gift basket or around home decor items. Each side is approximately 10 inches long. Let me know in personalization section if you need longer twine.
